Q: How have the crystals been chosen and cleansed?

A: I have hand selected the crystals intuitively and based on their meaning, vibration and beauty. All crystals are cleansed prior to being sent out with White Sage, Palo Santo, Sound Baths or the Full Moon - but you are more than welcome to cleanse your crystals yourself too.

 

Q: Do you have a physical store?

A: Not yet, but we do have a market stall once a month and love meeting our beautiful customers! It is on the last Sunday of each month at the Tamborine Mountain State School Markets 7am - 1pm, Corner of Long & Curtis Roads.

Q: How long does shipping take?

A: If you are within Australia it is 5-10 business days from date of postage with Australia Post. Please allow 1-3 days for me to cleanse, pack and post your crystals. You will be updated with a tracking number once posted.

If you are ordering from overseas please email me directly for shipping times as they vary from country to country (but generally no longer than 10 business days).

 

Q: Can I pick up the crystals to save on postage?

A: Yes, if you live on the Gold Coast you can select 'Store Pick Up' during check-out. Keep an eye out for an email from purelightcrystals@gmail.com to confirm pick up time & address. I am located in Mount Nathan/Nerang (4211).

 

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Yes, however postage is at buyers cost.

 

Q: How do you pack the crystals?

A: All crystals are packed securely with recycled/re-used bubble wrap, tissue paper, and various recycled packing materials inside cardboard boxes. 

 

Q: I want something specific that you don't stock, can you please source it for me?

A: I would love to connect you with your perfect crystal, please feel free to send me an email at purelightcrystals@gmail.com and we can discuss further details from there. 

 

Q: Do you accept returns/exchanges or can I cancel my order?

A: All sales are final and as per Australian Consumer Law no refund can be provided due to change of mind. If something arrives damaged (which is yet to happen due to our packing protocols), please contact me ASAP for a resolution.
